Three Men Assaulted Woman, But One Escapes Charges Due to ED

Date:

A woman recently met up with three men surnamed Chiu, Sun, and Ma for a hotel encounter. Although she expressed openness to a “group activity,” she explicitly stated that condoms must be used at all times to ensure safety. However, the next morning, she woke up to find all three men gone, with suspicious stains on the bed that appeared to be male bodily fluids, raising concerns that the men may have had unprotected sex or removed condoms without her consent. Shocked, she reported the incident to the police.

Authorities investigated and confirmed that the woman’s consent had been violated. During the inquiry, they also discovered that one of the men had secretly recorded sexual footage. Taipei District Prosecutors’ Office concluded the investigation today (Oct 30), filing charges against Chiu and Sun for sexual assault against her will and violation of privacy. Ma, who was reportedly unable to perform sexually, was not prosecuted.

According to reports, the encounter began when the three men met the woman at a bar. Under the influence of alcohol, one man invited her for further intimacy. She agreed but clearly stated her condition: condoms must be used throughout the sexual activity. The group then went to a hotel together.

The following morning, the woman found herself alone and noticed suspicious stains on the bed. She immediately suspected that Chiu and Sun had disregarded her condition and possibly engaged in unprotected sex or removed condoms without her consent.

Police traced the three men and brought them in for questioning. Attempts at mediation failed, and prosecutors concluded that Chiu and Sun had indeed violated the woman’s explicit consent. Sun was additionally found to have secretly recorded sexual footage, constituting a privacy violation. The third man, Ma, was present but never engaged in sexual activity due to erectile difficulties and was therefore not prosecuted.
