Couple Caught In Intimate Act While Driving On Busy Motorway

Date:

Motorists in Marbella, Spain, were left stunned after a couple were caught engaging in an intimate act inside a moving car on a busy motorway, with the incident captured on video and widely shared on social media.

The footage shows a silver Mercedes travelling along the highway while the female passenger appears to be positioned on top of the driver, obstructing his view of the road. Despite the dangerous situation, the vehicle continued moving without crashing.

In another part of the video, the woman is seen leaning out of the car window as traffic passes by, further raising concerns over the safety of both the occupants and other road users.

The clip quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions online. While some social media users treated the incident as amusing, many others criticised the pair’s behaviour as irresponsible and dangerous.

Several users warned that the stunt could easily have resulted in a serious or fatal accident, arguing that the incident highlighted reckless behaviour behind the wheel rather than entertainment.

Under Spanish law, engaging in sexual activity while driving may be classified as reckless driving. If identified, the driver could face a €500 fine and have up to six penalty points deducted from their driving licence.

The incident is the latest in a series of public indecency cases to attract attention. Earlier this year, a couple in Wales were jailed after pleading guilty to outraging public decency and criminal damage when they were caught on CCTV engaging in sexual activity outside a café.
