A 37-year-old man in India reportedly required 55 stitches after his sister-in-law allegedly bit his genitals during a heated family dispute.
The man, identified as Rajneesh, was rushed to hospital on Friday following the alleged attack, which reportedly began after his sister-in-law’s son accused him of beating him up.

According to local media reports, the boy told his mother, Gayatri, about the alleged assault, prompting her to confront Rajneesh.
An argument between the pair allegedly escalated into a physical altercation. During the fight, Rajneesh reportedly removed his clothes in anger before Gayatri allegedly pushed him to the ground and bit his genitals.
Rajneesh cried out in pain and alerted his father, who lived nearby. His father rushed to help and took him to a community health centre.
Due to the severity of his injuries, doctors referred him to Hallet Hospital in Kanpur for further treatment. Reports said he required 55 stitches.
Rajneesh’s wife, Suman, subsequently lodged a police complaint against Gayatri and her husband, Pushparaj, who is Rajneesh’s elder brother and works in Ahmedabad.
Pushparaj is reportedly returning home after learning about the incident.
Police confirmed that a complaint had been filed and said investigations were ongoing. Further action may be taken based on the findings.
