A disturbing video allegedly showing a school bullying incident on a rooftop in China has sparked outrage online after two teenage girls were seen lifting a fellow student and carrying her dangerously close to the edge of a building.
The footage, which has been widely circulated on Chinese social media, reportedly originated from a secondary school in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, although authorities have yet to officially verify the location or details of the incident.
In the video, two larger-built female students appear to lift a smaller girl off the ground and move her toward the rooftop edge.
The victim can be seen struggling and appearing visibly distressed, with her hair dishevelled during the ordeal.
The situation was reportedly brought under control when a teacher arrived at the scene and immediately intervened.
Witnessed in the video, the teacher can be heard sternly reprimanding the students.
“Which class are you from? How long have you been doing this?” the teacher shouted.
“I’m telling you, this is not a game. If she had fallen, you would have been responsible for her death. Do you understand?”
