Man Trapped In Van Rescued After Single-Vehicle Crash In Tatau

A man was injured after the van he was driving was involved in a single-vehicle accident along Jalan Sebarai, Tatau-Bintulu road, early Thursday morning.

The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said it received an emergency call regarding the incident at 7.12am before firefighters from the Tatau Fire and Rescue Station were deployed to the location.

Upon arrival, rescuers found the male driver trapped inside the van following the crash.

Firefighters then carried out an operation to free the victim before placing him on a stretcher and handing him over to medical personnel for further treatment.

The rescue operation was completed at 7.50am.
