Namewee Shows Up to Kuala Lumpur Court—Refuses All Questions

Date:

Malaysian singer Namewee, who was scheduled to attend a court hearing last Friday but was absent due to illness, appeared at the Kuala Lumpur court this morning around 9am, remaining silent throughout and declining to comment to the media.

The 42-year-old artist arrived wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, a blue cap, and sunglasses, accompanied by his lawyer, Mr. Joshua Tay, and queued to enter the court in an orderly manner.

During the queue, reporters asked if he wished to make any statements, but Namewee twice refused to respond, maintaining silence throughout. When greeted by the media, he simply nodded in acknowledgment.
