A famous durian tycoon in Thailand, Amon Rodthong, has offered a reward to anyone willing to “teach a lesson” to the mistress who allegedly disrupted his daughter-in-law’s marriage.
Amon promised 30,000 baht (RM3,882) to anyone who can slap his son’s mistress ten times, stating the reward remains valid until the affair ends.
According to Thaiger, Amon also urged authorities to inspect his son’s pickup truck, which is allegedly storing illegal firearms.
The tycoon reportedly became furious after learning that his daughter-in-law had been threatened following the scandal. While many netizens praised Amon for defending his daughter-in-law, some questioned the morality of offering such a reward.
Amon emphasized that his actions aim to protect his daughter-in-law’s dignity and is even willing to sever ties with his son and transfer all assets to his grandchild.
