Azeez Rahim, Two Former TH Officers Remanded Over Alleged Hibah Cheating

Former Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and two former TH senior officers have been remanded for two days to assist investigations into an alleged cheating case involving the payment of TH hibah.

The remand order was issued by Sessions Court Judge Mohamad Afiq Zuber, who was sitting as a magistrate, following an application by police.

Also remanded were a former TH chief executive officer and a former TH chief financial officer.

The three were brought before the court as police seek to assist their investigation into the alleged offence.
