Warisan Denies Viral Claim Of Withdrawing From Unity Government

Date:

Parti Warisan has denied a viral claim circulating on social media alleging that the party has decided to withdraw from the Unity Government.

Warisan secretary-general Datuk Loretto S. Padua Jr described the statement as fake, saying it was another attempt to spread false information and tarnish the party’s reputation.

He also accused those responsible of forging official Warisan documents to make the statement appear genuine.

The denial came after a two-page document circulated online, falsely claiming that Warisan had decided to leave the Unity Government following discussions at all levels of the party.
