AirBorneo will officially launch its website and call centre on Wednesday, December 10, marking the start of ticket sales ahead of its planned takeover of MASwings at the end of December.
In a statement, the airline confirmed that all existing MASwings tickets and bookings remain valid, with no changes to flight times or dates.
“Passengers holding MASwings tickets for travel on or after January 14, 2026, will receive individual communications regarding the reissuance of their tickets under AirBorneo,” the airline added.
For travel on or before January 13, 2026, passengers should continue to purchase MASwings tickets through the current MASwings website at www.maswings.com.my.
From January 14, 2026 onward, tickets must be purchased through AirBorneo’s website at www.airborneo.com. Customers can also make ticket purchases or inquiries via AirBorneo’s call centre at the toll-free number 1-300-22-1388 for local callers, or (+06)82-537 555 for international callers.
