King And Queen Extend Ramadan Greetings As Fasting Begins Today

Their Majesties Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Zarith Sofiah, the King and Queen of Malaysia, have extended their Ramadan greetings to Muslims nationwide as the holy month begins today.

In a message shared on His Majesty’s official Facebook page, the royal couple encouraged the rakyat to seize the spiritual opportunities of Ramadan by increasing acts of worship, strengthening unity and cultivating a spirit of mutual support.

Their Majesties also expressed prayers that Malaysia will continue to be blessed and that its people are granted lasting well-being, peace and harmony.

Muslims across the country began fasting today in conjunction with the start of Ramadan.
