MyTax Portal Faces Technical Glitches, Users Report Login Issues

Date:

The MyTax portal is currently facing technical difficulties, causing access issues for some users.

The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) confirmed in a Facebook post today (March 2) that its team is working quickly to resolve the problem.

Users on X reported longer login times, with some saying the MyTax app was unresponsive.

LHDN previously reminded that individuals and non-individual taxpayers can submit their 2025 Income Tax Return forms (BN or Borang Nyata) starting March 1. Submission via the MyTax portal, either through e-Filing or online service, is mandatory.

Taxpayers and employers can access the portal directly or via the official HASiL website under MyTax > ezHasil Services > e-Filing.
