An Indonesian man was sentenced to a fine of RM4,000 after pleading guilty to attempting to steal bird’s nests from a property, with a four-month jail term imposed in default of payment.
The 36-year-old, identified as Taiteng, was charged with trespassing into a bird’s nest house on Jalan Batu on the night of July 29, along with another suspect, with the intent to steal bird’s nests.
