The Road Transport Department Malaysia has introduced a new update for its MyJPJ mobile application on both Android and iOS platforms, featuring a refreshed user interface aimed at improving user experience nationwide.

The redesigned home screen now provides quicker access to essential services such as summons checks, e-complaints and official announcements, making navigation more streamlined for users.
In addition, the update includes a shortcut to the inbox, enabling users to easily view notifications linked to their accounts, alongside enhanced access to directory listings and profile management functions.
A new support feature has also been introduced in the form of a messaging-based chatbot known as FIFI, which uses artificial intelligence to assist users directly from the main page.
However, early testing indicates that the chatbot still faces limitations, particularly in handling account-specific queries, often redirecting users to the department’s official website for further assistance.
Users are encouraged to download or update the latest version of the MyJPJ app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to access the new features and improved interface.
