A trailer driver was killed in a four-vehicle crash near the Felda Taib Andak junction in Johor on Thursday.
The 50-year-old victim, who was driving a Volvo trailer lorry, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kulai Fire and Rescue Station operations commander Senior Fire Officer I Azizan Azis said the department received an emergency call at about 5.47pm before a fire engine and four personnel were dispatched to the location.
Upon arrival, rescue teams found the accident involved four vehicles — a RORO lorry, a Volvo trailer lorry, a Perodua Axia and a Toyota Yaris.
“The 46-year-old RORO lorry driver and the 26-year-old Perodua Axia driver were unharmed, while the 59-year-old Toyota Yaris driver suffered injuries,” he said in a statement.
Firefighters later removed the victim’s body and handed it over to police for further action.

The operation was brought under control at 6.55pm and fully concluded at 7.10pm.
