PM Anwar Congratulates Hakim Danish On Historic Moto3 Victory In Czech GP

Date:

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has congratulated Malaysian rider Hakim Danish Ramli following his impressive victory in the Moto3 race at the Czech Grand Prix held at the Brno Circuit on Sunday.

In a post on X, Anwar praised the young rider’s achievement and encouraged him to continue striving for greater success in the future.

“Congratulations, Hakim Danish! The journey is still long, keep creating more success,” the Prime Minister wrote.

The 18-year-old rider, who competes for the AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSi team, delivered a memorable performance to secure the top spot on the podium and make history for Malaysian motorsport.

His triumph ended a decade-long wait for a Malaysian rider to claim victory in the Moto3 category on the world stage.

The last time Malaysia celebrated a Moto3 win was during the 2016 season when Khairul Idham Pawi emerged victorious at both the Argentine and German Grand Prix races.

Hakim Danish’s latest achievement also marked his second podium finish of the season. He previously impressed fans by finishing third at the Italian Grand Prix in Mugello last month.

The victory is expected to further boost the teenager’s growing reputation as one of Malaysia’s brightest talents in international motorcycle racing.
