The footage, uploaded by TikTok user Siva wwc, captures several workers secured with safety harnesses as they perform maintenance duties on the uppermost sections of the iconic Kuala Lumpur landmark.
Adding to the dramatic visuals was a thick layer of fog and clouds surrounding the tower, creating the illusion that the workers were operating high above the clouds.
One scene that particularly caught the attention of viewers showed a female maintenance worker wearing a red headscarf and full safety equipment emerging from the highest accessible point of the tower before carefully stepping onto the exterior structure.
She was seen calmly making her way across the framework to replace a faulty light bulb, showing little sign of concern despite the dizzying altitude.
