Hong Kong superstar Aaron Kwok celebrated a major double triumph after his racehorse secured an unexpected victory, prompting the singer to reward his staff with a luxury private jet trip.
According to reports, Kwok’s racehorse, Dancing Classics, stunned punters by winning at odds of 20-1 during a race at Happy Valley. The surprise victory earned the 60-year-old entertainer prize money of approximately HK$1.06 million (around RM552,000). The win marked another memorable moment for the multi-talented star, who has long been known for his passion for horse racing.
Still celebrating the impressive result, Kwok reportedly arranged for eight members of his team to travel with him in style by chartering a private jet from Hong Kong to Yinchuan in mainland China ahead of his upcoming performance.
The lavish gesture is said to have cost the Cantopop icon around HK$500,000 (approximately RM260,500).
Photos circulating on social media show Kwok and his staff posing inside the luxurious cabin of the aircraft before departure.
Dressed in an all-black outfit and sunglasses, the singer appeared relaxed as he flashed a peace sign for the camera, while his staff happily joined in, reflecting the festive atmosphere onboard.
According to one staff member, the private jet experience was personally arranged by Kwok as a gesture of appreciation for the team’s hard work and dedication.
The group is believed to have travelled on a Bombardier Challenger 650, a luxury business jet known for its spacious cabin and premium comfort, making the journey a memorable experience for everyone on board.
