Woman Allegedly Forced To Strip And Covered In Sambal Chilli Sauce Over Claims Of Affair With Married Man

A video showing a woman allegedly being confronted and attacked by a group of women over claims that she was involved in an affair with a married man has gone viral on social media.

The incident is believed to have taken place in Ketapang District, Sampang Regency, Madura, East Java, Indonesia.

According to the narrative circulating online, the woman was allegedly confronted by members of the man’s family, including his wife, after they reportedly discovered the alleged affair.

The footage shows several individuals surrounding the woman and attempting to remove some of her clothing before applying a substance resembling chilli sauce to parts of her body.

The man who was allegedly involved in the affair can also be seen at the scene. He was later involved in a heated verbal confrontation with a woman believed to be his wife.

The video has attracted widespread attention online, with social media users sharing various claims about what allegedly led to the confrontation.

However, authorities have yet to establish the actual circumstances surrounding the incident.

Sampang Police Public Relations Section chief AKP Eko Puji Waluyo confirmed that the video was circulating widely on social media and had attracted public attention.

He said police had not received any official report regarding the incident so far, while the exact motive behind the confrontation remains unclear.

Authorities are expected to determine the circumstances of the incident if an official report is lodged and further information becomes available.
