Police are investigating a commotion and fight involving a group of men at a parking area in Wangsa Maju here.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus said no police report had been received so far in connection with the incident.
“Further investigations are ongoing,” he said in a statement on Sunday.
The investigation follows the circulation of a 38-second video showing a car being driven at high speed before crashing into another vehicle at a parking area.
The incident reportedly triggered an angry confrontation, with several men seen striking the car’s windows and doors with motorcycle helmets.
A fight then broke out between some of those involved, with the footage quickly spreading on social media.
Police have yet to establish what led to the crash and subsequent confrontation, and investigations are continuing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
