Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh and her husband, Ramachandran Muniandy, have divorced after 18 years of marriage.
Yeoh’s official website states that the couple married in 2008, shortly before she entered politics, and have two children, Shay and Kayleigh.
According to the website, their children were born in 2011 and 2013, while the couple’s divorce took place in 2026 after 18 years of marriage.
Yeoh is the Segambut Member of Parliament, a position she first won in the 2018 general election.
Before entering federal politics, she served as the Subang Jaya state assemblywoman for two terms from 2008 to 2018. In 2013, she became the first woman to be elected Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly.
She was appointed Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister in 2018, a position she held until 2020.
Yeoh returned to the Cabinet as Youth and Sports Minister in 2022 and served until 2025, before being appointed Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) in December 2025.
Within DAP, Yeoh currently serves as the party’s deputy secretary-general and vice-chair, as well as a committee member of DAP Wanita.
