Own A Piece Of 007 History: James Bond Villa From Casino Royale Goes On Sale For RM6.83 Million

A luxury apartment inside the Italian villa made famous by Casino Royale has gone on the market for €1.45 million (approximately RM6.83 million).

Located on the shores of Lake Como in northern Italy, Villa La Gaeta was featured in the final scene of the first James Bond film starring Daniel Craig.

The property has since become a popular destination among Bond fans, with the apartment now being offered for sale through Sotheby’s International Realty.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms across two levels, along with two basement storage rooms and parking spaces.

The historic villa was built in 1921 based on designs by brothers Gino and Adolfo Coppedè and was renovated in 2023. Residents also pay a monthly maintenance fee of €400.

The new owner will have access to a south-facing terrace overlooking Lake Como, as well as a private beach, swimming pool, marina, boat berths and jetty.

For fans hoping to own a piece of 007 history, the asking price is €1.45 million, equivalent to around RM6.83 million based on the current exchange rate.
