A woman has shared her emotional turmoil online after discovering her live-in maid is pregnant, sparking fears that her own husband could be the father.
In a viral anonymous confession circulating on social media, the woman revealed that the maid had been working for the family for two years and rarely left the house or socialised with others.
The employer claimed the 32-year-old maid often chose not to take days off because she wanted to save money and did not have many friends in the country.
According to the woman, the shocking discovery was made during a recent medical check-up when a doctor informed her that the maid was expecting a child.
She said the maid immediately broke down in tears when questioned and repeatedly insisted she “didn’t know anything” while begging not to be sent home.
However, the woman admitted the situation triggered growing suspicions in her mind, especially after recalling several moments involving her husband and the maid that previously seemed harmless.
