A man has gone viral on social media after he was seen transporting a motorcycle by balancing it on another motorcycle ridden by his friend, drawing widespread attention and mixed reactions online.
The incident was shared through a viral video uploaded by Threads user Nik Aiman, who claimed the motorcycle being transported had broken down.
According to the post, the man chose to carry the damaged motorcycle by sitting on it while his friend rode another motorcycle beneath, effectively towing both vehicles at the same time.
Several other riders were also seen travelling behind them, believed to be part of the same riding group.
“Wow, he can actually carry it like that. Dangerous though, hopefully they arrive safely,” Nik Aiman wrote in the caption accompanying the clip.
The unusual act quickly sparked debate among netizens, with some criticising the dangerous method while others sympathised with the riders’ situation.
Some social media users suggested the man may have resorted to the risky solution because there were no nearby workshops available or because he did not want to abandon the motorcycle.
“Not trying to stereotype, but motorcycle enthusiasts are built differently. They would do anything for their bikes,” commented Threads user Qilahamn.
Another user, Keisukeakito, claimed people in his village had even transported car engines using motorcycles in a similar manner.
“My friend who runs a workshop used to do that,” the user wrote.
Others praised the riders’ sense of friendship and solidarity.
“That’s true friendship. If 10 people leave together, then all 10 must return together,” another user, Miroe93, commented.
