A 19-year-old teenager has pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to a charge of reckless driving causing death in a hit-and-run case that claimed the life of a cyclist last Friday.
The accused was charged under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for allegedly driving recklessly and causing the death of a 56-year-old cyclist along Jalan Stutong.
