Thunderstorms And Heavy Rain Expected In Pahang, Johor And Sarawak Until 4pm

Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are expected to affect parts of Pahang, Johor and Sarawak until 4pm today, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department.

In a weather alert issued at noon, the agency said several districts in Pahang are forecast to experience the conditions, including Maran, Kuantan, Bera, Pekan and Rompin.

In Johor, the affected areas are Segamat, Batu Pahat, Kluang, Pontian and Pulai.

Meanwhile in Sarawak, the warning covers Sri Aman, as well as parts of Sibu (Selangau), Mukah, and Bintulu.

Authorities have advised residents in the affected regions to remain cautious and stay updated on the latest weather developments.
