Homeless Man Ordered To Leave Pattaya Beach After Masturbating In Public Multiple Times

Date:

Police and city officials in Pattaya ordered a homeless man to leave South Pattaya Beach after receiving multiple complaints from residents and tourists over alleged indecent behaviour in a popular beachfront area.

Authorities were alerted after reports surfaced that the man had repeatedly engaged in inappropriate conduct near the old pier area, raising concerns among visitors and locals.

Journalists who visited the scene found the man near the beach in poor condition. Police and Pattaya City officials were subsequently called in to investigate the complaints.

Officials initially issued a warning before instructing the man to leave the area.

According to witnesses, the individual was part of a group of homeless people who frequently stayed along the beachfront. Several tourists claimed similar incidents had occurred on multiple occasions, particularly during the evening, despite previous warnings from members of the public.

Some visitors said the behaviour had caused discomfort and concern among beachgoers, especially women and families visiting the popular tourist destination.

Local sources also alleged that certain homeless individuals in the area had been linked to other issues, including drug use, public nuisance activities and littering along the beach.

The incident has reignited concerns over the growing homeless population along Pattaya Beach, with residents and business owners urging authorities to strengthen monitoring efforts and provide proper welfare support for those living on the streets.

While no arrests or charges have been announced, police said public indecency offences could potentially lead to legal action under Thai law.

Authorities have not confirmed whether additional action will be taken against the man as investigations continue.

The latest incident comes amid renewed calls for stricter management of Pattaya’s beachfront areas after several videos showing inappropriate behaviour by homeless individuals circulated on social media, sparking concerns about the city’s image as a major tourist destination.
