Influencer Reportedly Arrested Over Alleged Threat And Forced Stripping Video

Date:

Singaporean influencer Mohammad Hussin Said, better known online as MangoBossKu, was reportedly arrested on May 4 at a car wash business he operates in Yishun.

The reported arrest came after a 56-second video began circulating on WhatsApp groups and social media platforms, allegedly showing another online personality and restaurant owner being threatened and ordered to remove his clothes.

According to reports, the victim was confronted over allegations that he was getting too close to the wife of the individual filming the video.

Hussin is also involved in the food business and is known for operating food stalls at the Geylang Serai Ramadan bazaar as well as a BBQ steamboat restaurant.

Several witnesses told local media that they saw Hussin being questioned by plain-clothes police officers before he was allegedly detained.

The victim reportedly lodged a police report at Bedok Police Division Headquarters after the clip resurfaced online recently, although the video was believed to have been recorded in November 2025.

Speaking to local media, Hussin denied knowledge of the video and claimed he had not been arrested, but acknowledged that he had been interviewed by police.

Singapore police later confirmed that a report had been filed and investigations are ongoing.

Lawyers cited in reports said the case could involve several legal issues, including offences linked to distributing intimate images or recordings without consent.

They added that threatening to distribute such material could also constitute a criminal offence under Singapore law.
