Man Dies After Falling From 14th Floor Of Kuching Condominium

A local man was killed after allegedly falling from the 14th floor of a condominium along Jalan Batu Lintang in Kuching on Tuesday afternoon.

The victim, believed to be in his 40s, landed on the building’s fourth floor, where his body became lodged.

The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said firefighters from the Batu Lintang station were deployed to the scene after receiving an emergency call at about 2.15pm.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found the man unresponsive.

Paramedics later pronounced him dead at the scene.

Firefighters subsequently recovered the body before handing it over to the police for further investigation and follow-up procedures.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, and the cause of the fall has yet to be determined.
