Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing Along Felda Bukit Besar-Bukit Ramun Road

A 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed after his Yamaha Y125 crashed along Jalan Felda Bukit Besar-Bukit Ramun in Kota Tinggi at about 9.15pm on Monday.

Kota Tinggi district police chief Superintendent Yusof Othman said the victim was believed to have lost control of his motorcycle before crashing on his own along the road.

“The victim suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene,” he said in a statement on Tuesday.

The victim’s body was taken to the Forensic Unit at Kota Tinggi Hospital for further examination.

Yusof said the case remains under investigation under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
