Police Tracking Suspect Caught on CCTV Trespassing in Subang Jaya

Police are tracking down a man after he was caught on closed-circuit television (CCTV) trespassing at the rear of a house in Taman Puchong Prima, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

The incident, which later went viral on social media, prompted a police report to be lodged at about 3pm yesterday.

Subang Jaya District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Wan Azlan Wan Mamat, said the complainant was alerted by his younger sister after she spotted a man wearing a white shirt and light blue jeans moving around the rear of the house via the CCTV feed.

Initial investigations based on the footage showed that the unidentified suspect had entered the rear compound of the complainant’s home, although no loss or property damage was reported.

He added that the case is being investigated under Section 448 of the Penal Code, while efforts are underway to identify and locate the suspect.

Earlier, CCTV footage circulating online showed the man entering the back of the property before leaving the scene, with the home security alarm also going off during the incident.
