Woman Rescued After Falling Onto LRT Tracks At Gombak Station

A woman was reportedly found lying on the tracks at the Gombak LRT station this morning, with an image of the incident later circulating on social media.

The photograph, uploaded by a Threads user identified as Zeer, showed the woman lying on the railway tracks at the station.

The post expressed concern over the woman’s condition, with the user hoping she was safe following the incident.

Rapid KL responded to the post, confirming that the passenger had been rescued and was receiving further medical attention from personnel.

“Greetings, for your information, the passenger has been rescued and is currently receiving further treatment from our personnel. Thank you,” Rapid KL said in a comment.

The incident attracted concern from members of the public, with several social media users expressing sympathy and hoping the woman had not suffered serious injuries.

Some users also questioned whether the woman had fainted before ending up on the tracks, although the circumstances surrounding the incident have not been confirmed.
