The Ministry of Education (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia) has credited special assistance of RM300 for each student affected by the fire incident in Kampung Bahagia, Sandakan, Sabah, with funds channelled directly to school accounts.

Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said the aid will be immediately distributed by schools to students impacted by the blaze to help them prepare for essential school supplies.
