15-Year-Old Teen Arrested After Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Mother In Drug-Fuelled Incident

Date:

A deeply disturbing case in Thailand has shocked local residents after a 15-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his own mother while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

The incident reportedly took place on the night of May 25 in Kaset Sombun district, Chaiyaphum province.

According to police, the victim, a 46-year-old woman identified as Mrs. Boonpeng, filed a report at Ban Duea Police Station on May 27.

The woman claimed she had been resting alone inside her bedroom when her youngest son, identified only as Mr. A, allegedly attacked her after consuming alcohol and methamphetamine.

She told investigators she tried to resist and fight back during the struggle but was unable to overpower the teenager.

Out of fear for her safety, she eventually stopped resisting before later seeking help from neighbours the following morning.

Police officers later visited the family home, described as a dilapidated property where the woman lived with her two sons following the death of her husband two years ago.

Authorities said the teenager did not flee after the incident and later admitted to police that he had been intoxicated and lost control.

Investigators also uncovered a long history of violent behaviour involving the suspect.

Villagers reportedly described the teenager as frequently involved in fights, drug abuse and aggressive incidents within the community.

According to local residents, he had allegedly attacked elderly villagers in previous incidents and was feared by neighbours due to his violent behaviour.

Authorities said the teenager had previously undergone rehabilitation at a juvenile detention centre in Nakhon Ratchasima before being released earlier this year.

However, residents claimed his behaviour allegedly worsened again after returning home, with reports that he resumed taking drugs and drinking alcohol with friends in the village.

The shocking case has sparked anger and concern among locals, with many calling for tougher action against youth drug abuse and violent crime.

Police have since charged the teenager with rape involving a parent and confirmed that the case will be referred to the Chaiyaphum Juvenile Court for further legal action.
