The Johor state government will continue to maintain a professional and constructive working relationship with the Federal Government to ensure that the state’s development agenda can be effectively implemented.
Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi said the state administration will continue to be assessed based on performance, work efficiency and the effectiveness of policy execution.
He said the state’s priorities remain focused on strengthening the economy, creating more job opportunities, improving basic infrastructure, and safeguarding the welfare of all Johoreans.
“The state government is committed to further enhancing service delivery and ensuring that every plan is translated into outcomes that can be truly felt by the people,” he said in a social media post today.
He stressed that Johor’s rights and interests will continue to be defended in line with the responsibilities of the state government.
Onn Hafiz said he and the state executive council members are fully committed to the mandate given to them to serve the people.
He added that all views, feedback and constructive criticism will not be seen as a reason for complacency, but rather as motivation to further improve governance and delivery.
“Our responsibility is to continue working hard, maintain stability, and ensure Johor’s development continues smoothly. Insya-Allah,” he said.
