A depraved 53-year-old father has been slapped with a staggering 105 years in prison and 70 strokes of the cane after admitting to repeatedly raping his eldest daughter in a series of pre-planned hotel assaults.
The heartless predator emotionally manipulated his 25-year-old daughter by constantly guilt-tripping her over the money he spent on the family and her education, leaving her too broken to resist his twisted demands.
According to shocking court details revealed at the Tawau Sessions Court, the man would first check his daughter’s work schedule to find days she was off, then force her to book hotel rooms. He would then travel from Lahad Datu to Tawau specifically to carry out the horrific rapes between December 2025 and March 2026.
Judge Ahmad Faizadh Yahaya sentenced the monster immediately after he pleaded guilty to seven counts of rape under Section 376(3) of the Penal Code, which carries up to 30 years’ jail and caning per charge.
In a desperate bid for mercy during sentencing, the father claimed he felt “ashamed and scared” and begged for a lighter sentence so he could apologise to his family. His plea was swiftly rejected.
Prosecutors pushed for the maximum punishment, slamming the crimes as coldly calculated. They highlighted how the father meticulously obtained his daughter’s work roster, ordered her to book the rooms, and made the journey just to violate her — clear proof of premeditated evil.
The court also ordered the convict to undergo counselling throughout his imprisonment and placed him under three years of police supervision upon release.
This is not the first time the man has been exposed as a serial child rapist.
Just months earlier, on April 8, the Lahad Datu Sessions Court sentenced him to 165 years in prison and 110 strokes of the cane after he pleaded guilty to 11 counts of raping his two daughters — the same 25-year-old victim and her 22-year-old sister — in multiple locations between 2016 and 2026.
The latest conviction adds to his already monstrous tally, cementing his status as one of the most repulsive family predators in recent memory.
The case has sparked outrage, with many calling for even stricter measures to protect children from those who should be their protectors.
