BTS Fans Furious Over Alleged AI-Edited Photo Showing Acne On Jimin’s Back

Date:

Fans of K-pop sensation BTS have been left outraged after an image purportedly showing member Jimin at a recent concert in Busan went viral on social media.

The controversy erupted after a photo featuring the singer’s back began circulating online, with some users claiming the image showed skin blemishes and tattoos that sparked widespread speculation among fans.

The photo quickly became the subject of intense debate, with many questioning its authenticity and alleging that artificial intelligence (AI) technology had been used to alter the original image.

Supporters of the BTS star accused individuals of deliberately manipulating the photo in an attempt to damage Jimin’s image. In response, numerous fans shared what they claimed were the original concert photographs to counter the viral claims.

Many pointed out noticeable differences between the two images, arguing that the version circulating online had been digitally modified to make the singer’s skin appear rougher and to add markings that were not visible in the original photograph.

“Kulit sebenar Jimin sangat licin. Berhenti guna AI untuk jadikan kulit dia nampak kasar,” one fan wrote online, while others questioned the appearance of tattoos and markings that they said did not match Jimin’s known body art.

The incident has reignited concerns about the growing use of AI-generated and manipulated images involving celebrities, with fans warning that such content can spread misinformation and fuel unnecessary speculation.

As the debate continues across social media platforms, no official statement has been issued by Jimin, BTS or their management regarding the authenticity of the image.

For now, the viral photo remains the subject of fierce discussion among fans, many of whom are calling for greater caution when sharing or believing unverified AI-generated content online.
